After having searched a pink knit sweater everywhere for a while- and finding nothing in shops, i thought i had nothing to loose looking at Ebay… And it has been worth it!
I’ve immediately find my dream cable knit sweater for a really shameful price. It’s a bit loose so i really have to wear it with a large belt -that i actually don’t have, so i’ve knotted 3 belts together to get something wider.
I’ve mixed it with a black pants and a designer white crystal ring, i’m really mad of it!
It still sounds surreal as i’ve been contacted to be part of this TV project on the german programm! That kind of soap that you watch without thinking that you could be one day part of it.
Because this DIY session of 3 designers dresses has been an entertainment: Alexa Chung in Pucci -you might know this one from here!, Olivia Palermo in Diesel and Eva Mendes in Miu Miu…
Showing people how easy and cheap it can be, with smart tricks and a structured know-how, but without exactly copying the original -you should know that it’s not my thing! Let me add that i’m used to work at home, so my atelier is normally not open to the public but you’ll find my products on Online shop here at Dawanda.
Many thanks to the RTL TV team, we’ve had a lot of fun!
Here are a few snap shots of this beautiful day in Innsbruck!
This is a vintage woven cap found at my Grandma’s home, i find it’s form so similar to Burberry’s Spring/ Summer collection!
I’m not sure that i’d would like to wear this big pompom on the top like on the original, that’s nice but i prefer to see it on the others, so i’d likely change the light ribbon against a larger and black satin one.
Well, if only this cap fitted me…
