All I Want Is Fur

1. December 2010

Winter is trend- that’s not a revelation- from aviator jackets to cosy knitted garments… Difficult not to spot the alpine style.

The problem? I never could find my ideal winter boots. “Wedges, not too high, not to massive, camel colored. With FUR.”

After having browsed 435 internet shops – and considering that these boots obviously don’t exist I finally saw the issue through a 30 cm long fur material… And through these Zara wedges as an alternative: you might already know it from there-

It fits to any boots, and definitely adds interest to casual outfits. I’m quite sure it could well fit to some pumps too, don’t you think?

How does it work?

1. Draw the upper shape of your boots (ankle) on the fur’s reverse side. Cut along the shape and verify that it is not too long on the front.

2. Sew a 15 cm ribbon on both side in order to knot it.

3. Finally sew an elastic ribbon inside below so that it doesn’t turn on itself when you walk!…

That’s it! How do you find it?
