The Lace Up Leather Jacket

…without lace! There are some details that really sound contradictive. I first loved the lace in the back of this jacket when I purchased it, remember I wore it about 2 years ago here, but since then I didn’t use wearing it that much… mainly because of those same laces. Time goes forwards, we are all changing, so I finally removed them -it looks much better now! So this is the way I wore it today.

Project/ Up Magazin

Up the paper magazin is the unique-independent-creative-magazine in Innsbruck that publishes high fashion & lifestyle products from  several stores of the area. It goes alive every 2 months, so the next magazine for April/ May is coming soon…

When i’ve been asked to realize one full page for Up Magazin i firstly couldn’t believe a word. “What?!” -i mean if it’s true that i LOVE magazines and that i write more than before on the blog i’ve never pretended to be a journalist. But this time it’s more about being creative: I’d have to choose a concept and set up my page as i would like to.

So i thought i could write about my work as creative blogger and design one new spring product by showing you every steps of the design process, from the inspiration & materials sourcing til the outfit post. Most of the time you only see the DIY or/ and the result on the blog, the whole takes more time than that. I can’t wait to see the result!

Some snap shots of this week at the editorial office, the decor and the “library” are stunning, everything is so inspiring!

One thing

Those things I don’t have in my closet… It first began last weekend, as I realized I had no leather jacket.

Yes, you’re hearing right. After having established a “wish list”- clog boots, gloves and above all a leather jacket.. – it appeared that I would need these 3 things because I just can’t do it by my own. I never thought about it this way, but it’s true: I’m not frustrated at all. I already create what I want- so that I don’t feel the need to buy skirts, dresses, shirts or bags. Well, except a leather one. Let’s think about it.

And as I saw this Dsquared leather jacket (in sales!) then I knew that this long time without this essential piece won’t last longer…
