Here is the outfit I wore some days ago, right before meeting friends at the end of the day. The day light was so intense that the location seems to be more than appropriate! But where is E.T.? I finally wore one of my last DIY projects with a citrus top and boyfriend jeans. So far my favorite costume.

Time for a small break this afternoon.! Well, there’s something i didn’t show you from my thrifting tour this weekend! Yesterday was a raining day so i worked a bit on it.

At first sight these vintage earrings had obviously everything i like: the golden metal, the ethno style… However something was going wrong with them. Can’t explain why. They might have looked too heavy with these long (unfinished) hooden beads.

My new addiction: pink, in every shades and forms. And jewels. The last one is quite recent, but i can’t help searching new styles and ideas at the moment.

This time i did a new necklace from my mom’s jewel that comes from Mexico. These are real stones, i don’t really know how it’s called but i find them just beautiful. So i’ve add a hint of turquoise blue and charms on a silver chain with a ring, maybe this brings me luck ;! i’m working on an exciting project.. but i will tell you more about it tomorrow!

I keep thinking that it depends of the jewel size, fine jewelry can be boring sometimes. But the DIY of today is such a statement piece i’ve had to follow this famous rule! -You should know that too much sun never makes me smile on the pictures when i don’t wear sunnies : /
