Comfy with sneakers and a great coat, is there a better way to start the year? I used to wear camel color with warm tones likes vibrant oranges and reds- even with bright yellows- and with black, of course. Until I tried it with blue shades. Less radical than paired with black, I like it a lot with navy and baby blue.
This is my beloved alpaca coat from Paula Immich Berlin that I bought 4 years ago -and it doesn’t get old! Amazing material and oversized shape, really. And it fits to many things, chic or sporty. So this is the way I prefer it, with timeless pieces and a great mini bag -by Rebecca Minkoff, my very first one!
This week i’ve found some great stuffs on sale, i’ve noticed you my next work on a jewel yesterday on Facebook -so today i’ve been wearing my new custom-made necklace with a camel and black outfit. It’s been pretty cold here, for the first time this winter i’ve been enjoying to wear this coat from Paula Immich Berlin.
New year, new blog design! I’m not quite finished with it, but it should be online during january… – New projects, new products! 2011 is going to be full of ideas and surprises…
Because what I’ve found this week was a real surprise. Actually I didn’t remember that I had so many knitted accessories made by Mamy and I in 2008. These have never been worn as it had been created for a fashion exhibition in my native city.
And yet?. I just tried one of them with my Paula Immich Coat. I would enjoy it every day, it’s so warm! Other models in other colors are also available at Dawanda.
As December starts to spread its magical spell over the city- the first Christmas markets have just opened- we have witnessed the first snow fall as well. This weekend was cold. Refreshing cold…
Did I already show you my alpaca coat from Paula Immich? Remember here, I was in Berlin as I met her… (where I tried a lot of clothes.) And now I wear this wonderful piece every day. I love it. It’s warm and the oversize shape is great -a little bit shorter and tulip shaped in the back. I wear it with a belt but it looks also nice without it. Read more…
No, today I won’t show you some of my creations… I’m still in Berlin, looking for inspiration and new designers, and I’ve found all of that no later than yesterday.
But this time I really get more; a nice contact with the designer and her team and a long trying on clothes.
I have been to the showroom/ workshop of Paula Immich.
This brand is everything I love: the nordic shapes are very worked out, it is a great mix of symmetric lines and loose pleats. The high-quality materials (alpaca, silk, wool..) are perfectly combined with the light and natural colors.
Some pictures of my favorite pieces, here F/W 2010;
The bicolored cape, a mix of wool and alpaca-
-A long jacket/ cardigan…
- A large and long boyfriend wool coat,
A large pleated alpaca coat, in a camel color (definitely my next coat for winter)
An other one grey coat, very large and comfortable… and also beautiful.
I know, the summer will be soon over (that’s for sure) but you should know that there’s still lovely pieces from S/S 2010, which could be easily matched up with winter clothes- here are some of them;
Well, it was my crush for Paula Immich. I’m waiting for my winter coat with a lot of impatience!
